What You’ll Be Doing

 

As a Shopify eCommerce Specialist/Manager, you will manage and grow Shopify stores for exciting brands, ensuring smooth operations, launching new features, and creating shopping experiences that delight customers and drive sales.

●        Maintaining websites and apps to ensure speed, stability, and performance

●        Managing product uploads, content updates, and campaign rollouts

●        Handling full Shopify store setup, configuration, and maintenance

●        Setting up and managing Shopify apps (e.g., Rebuy, Yotpo, Klaviyo)

●        Applying light CSS and using Figma to align front-end styling

●        Reviewing site reports and audits to drive ongoing improvement

●        Troubleshooting issues and working closely with developers on solutions

●        Performing QA checks to ensure smooth, bug-free user experience

●        Setting up promotions, managing metafields/metaobjects, and supporting Klaviyo campaign

●        Resolving app-related bugs and ensuring smooth integrations

●        Leveraging Shopify tools for A/B testing, subscriptions, cross-sells, and CRO

What You’ll Bring

●        At least 3 years of eCommerce experience, ideally with Shopify or Shopify Plus

●        Strong working knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem

●        CSS/light coding skills (Junior Developer level)

●        Hands-on experience with apps like Recharge, Rebuy, Yotpo, Okendo, and Tolstoy

●        Solid QA skills (visual and functional testing)

●        Proficiency with Figma for implementing designs

●        Excellent problem-solving and research skills

●        Strong communication and collaboration abilities

●        A proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused mindset

 

Bonus Points For

        Experience in account management and client engagement, with the ability to build strong relationships
